ATW001 Wristband with active temperature sensor
When power equipment nodes experience short circuits or insulation aging, localized heat buildup causes abnormal temperature rises. This leads to contact expansion and oxidation, increasing node resistance and further elevating heat. The temperature continues to climb, creating a vicious cycle. By installing temperature sensors to monitor power equipment temperatures, hidden equipment issues can be detected and addressed at the earliest stage. This ensures the safe operation of the power system and enhances the efficiency of electricity transmission within the power grid.
