ATES1000 series power distribution monitoring and management system is developed by our company in response to the call of "optimising industrial structure, promoting energy saving and emission reduction" put forward by the state, and based on the advanced concept of realising the information exchange and management of electric power system through the advanced field bus method. The system integrates protection, measurement, control, signal acquisition, fault recording, harmonic analysis, power management, power quality analysis, load control and operation management, and makes the user's power system transparent through communication network, computer and professional power monitoring software, which is a set of intelligent system to improve the safety, reliability and management level of power system.
The system is applicable to the monitoring and operation management of power supply and distribution at the user end of various industries, and realises a reliable, safe, advanced and efficient power supply and distribution system by improving the reliability of power supply and the automation level of power supply and distribution system through uninterrupted protection and monitoring of the user's power distribution network and electrical equipment.

The power distribution monitoring system adopts a decentralized, hierarchical, and distributed structure design, divided by interval units, and modularized design. The entire system is divided into three layers: field measurement and control layer, network communication layer, and system management layer.
Taking the 10kV substation monitoring and management system as an example, the following figure shows the system architecture composed of intelligent distribution monitoring equipment and substation monitoring and management software platform.
System management layer
It consists of distribution monitoring software, monitoring main and standby machines, printers, UPS power supplies, etc. The monitoring host uses a high-performance computer, combined with the distribution monitoring software to realize all monitoring and management functions of the power system. The operating system is based on a multi-process, multi-task Chinese operating system.
Network communication layer
Realize data exchange between the field measurement and control layer and the system management layer, including communication management machines, Ethernet gateways, multi-serial port servers, Ethernet switches, fiber optic transceivers, optical switches, and optical cables and communication cables for routing. Communication equipment and communication lines, design the corresponding network structure and configure the corresponding communication equipment according to the actual situation of each project.
On-site measurement and control layer
Equipment includes: microcomputer integrated protection device, power parameter measurement system, and communication interface with third-party equipment such as analog screen, DC screen system, wireless temperature measurement system, diesel generator and transformer temperature controller. In addition to the above products, the system also has communication interface with third-party equipment such as analog screen, DC screen system, wireless temperature measurement system, diesel generator and transformer temperature controller.
Data collection and processing
The monitoring system collects analog quantities (voltage, current, frequency, power, electricity, temperature, humidity, etc.) and switch quantities (circuit breaker and disconnector position signals, equipment operating status, relay protection and automatic device signals, etc.) of electrical equipment in real time. It is not recommended to control the switch status with switch quantities. The monitoring system uploads and saves the collected data after processing, providing necessary information for the management of the automation system.
Basic power distribution monitoring function
The power distribution monitoring system uses monitoring software dedicated to the power industry. The monitoring software is based on a multi-process, multi-task Chinese operating system with a friendly, rich and convenient user interface. All windows are Chinese operation interfaces; fully open communication drivers for various intelligent monitoring devices; fully meet the data exchange and management of building control systems, superior management systems, power supply bureau debugging centers and other systems.
User management
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the real-time system, the entire system provides reliable security protection measures. All system operators can be given certain characteristics according to the size of their permissions. These characteristics stipulate the scope of application of each operator to the system and various activities, such as user name, password, operation authority and operation scope. Dual passwords are used for important controls, and important operations of operators are recorded.
Network communication
The power monitoring system adopts a distributed and decentralized network organizational structure, supporting multiple communication methods such as field bus, Ethernet communication, fiber optic communication and wireless communication.
The monitoring system has a network diagnosis function, which can diagnose the network communication status of the monitoring system online. When a network failure occurs, it can automatically display the faulty unit and faulty part on the screen.
The system has good openness and can easily communicate with other automation systems, such as building monitoring systems, fire protection systems, DCS, ECS, power supply bureau debugging systems, etc., to achieve data sharing between automation systems.
Historical curve
The system can record telemetry data in real time according to user needs, and the recording time exceeds 10 years. The historical data is intuitively displayed in the form of curves, and users can easily view the historical data curves of various objects.
Human-machine interface and remote operation
Display the network diagram of the entire power monitoring system, dynamically refresh and display the power system and each main wiring diagram, and the main wiring diagram can display the operating status of each switch and online operating parameters, etc.
According to the needs of power monitoring of this project, the software is set to a modifiable mode, and the power system diagram can be modified and configured according to needs or actual operating conditions. The system will reflect the operating parameters in real time according to the modified situation.
The operator can remotely control the controlled object through the monitoring host. The system has a strict password protection system and permission level management function. For each remote control operation, the system records the operator, operation time and operation type, automatically generates remote control operation records, and records them on the disc.
Event alarm and recording
When there is a switch accident displacement, telemetry over-limit, protection action or other alarm signals, the system will issue a voice prompt and automatically pop up an alarm screen, displaying the alarm circuit name, alarm information, date and time. The alarm needs to be reset with the operator's approval. The alarm information is recorded in the alarm history database.
Report management
The system collects telemetry, telesignal and other parameters in real time, and performs statistics, analysis and storage of important data in the database. It has the function of classified query of real-time data and historical data, and can print out the data.
Third-party communication function
The monitoring system provides communication functions with DC panels, transformers, generator sets, emergency power supplies, analog panels, building automation systems or other automation systems.
Powerful expansion function
The monitoring system has a network expansion function, which can conveniently and flexibly expand system functions without affecting the normal operation of the original system.
